- ➤ Alaska State Troopers and the Coast Guard are searching for a missing man after a small 10-foot Ocean Pro boat sank off Mekoryuk on Monday, rescuing two of the three men aboard (one swam to shore and another was safely rescued) amid rough waters. Your Alaska Link

- ➤ Glenfarne Group has chosen Worley to refine the pipeline's engineering scope and deliver the final cost estimate for its Alaska LNG project, a key step before a final investment decision later this year—Worley will also advise on the LNG import terminal. - ➤ Dr. Michele Yatchmeneff, a longtime ANSEP alum, became COO on May 13 and is now working to expand the program after a $2.5 million NSF grant ended—forcing the cancellation of the summer Acceleration Academy. - ➤ Anchorage is experiencing unusually high tree pollen levels this spring—especially from birch and alder—which have led to a marked increase in patients seeking allergy treatment.
