ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ Residents near Far North Bicentennial Park have seen a pack of six wolves since late August after one Anchorage resident spotted them while walking her dogs at 9 p.m. and again on November 6; Anchorage biologists say such sightings are rare and may be linked to a nearby moose carcass—officials are not alarmed despite a pet dog attack in October.
