A 21-year-old Romanian student visiting Alaska went missing around 6 p.m. Sunday — he was found dead Monday morning in DeLong Lake.

Gov. Dunleavy did not sign but allowed three bills to become law last week — two fishing bills that remove redundant boat registration and let cooperatives pool funds as insurance, and one accounting bill that lowers training requirements by letting experience count — as the changes support Alaska’s industries.
