- ➤ NOVAGOLD Resources Inc. and Paulson Advisers LLC finalized a $1 billion deal that saw NOVAGOLD boost its stake in the Donlin Gold project to 60% by buying an extra 10% for $200 million while Paulson acquired the remaining 40% for $800 million—reshaping governance at one of the largest open-pit deposits in Alaska.
