  • Gov. Dunleavy introduced a bill that taxes LNG flow instead of property value to ease building the North Slope project.   • Alaska advocates urge lawmakers to pass a bill that adds a $0.98 monthly surcharge on all phone numbers to fund crisis services like the 988 hotline.
