- ➤ Local art gallery Bivy re-opened this fall at a new downtown Anchorage location above Alaska Ivory Exchange on G Street. - ➤ Mayor Suzanne LaFrance authorized work today to rebuild Cargo Terminal 1 (used by Matson) at the Don Young Port as part of a modernization program that will expand the dock and upgrade cranes for larger ships.
