- ➤ Overland!, an Alaska-made comedy retelling Blanche Stewart Scott’s 1910 cross-country feat, will have its final Anchorage fundraiser performance Friday at 7 p.m. at Sidney Laurence Theater before heading to New York for a short run. Alaska's News Source
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Philanthropist MacKenzie Scott donated $18 million to Alaska Pacific University in December—marking the largest unrestricted gift in the college’s history. The funds nearly doubled APU’s endowment and will support tuition assistance and campus upgrades. Anchorage Daily News
